It took like 30min to managed the card which is only 1 card I asked but I asked for duplicate for my daughter but still my name on it. They weren't happy person seems like they had a big bad day, we came in the afternoon around 5pm cst, i asked the guy from players card customer service to give me a card because we are new and first timer in their casino.
First time in this casino, the employee from customer service whos job is giving players card to the new people.
