Do not bother and go to Cherokee unless you go for the nice ride. Hotel is small with 6 floors and they will no doubt expand and I was told there are plans to build a real restaurant like they have at Cherokee. We all went to our rooms early to take a shower and wash our hair from the smoke smell none of us could stand. Or, browse all pet friendly hotels in Murphy if you’re still looking. No sit down restaurant only fast food, although very slow service. Casino staff very friendly and room was comfortable and clean although much smaller than Harrahs Cherokee. Beautiful mountain surroundings as well as town of Murphy. The drive up from Atlanta area was nice and we even saw a little snow in the evening.
